For years, before computers and the internet were common place in the home (for some of you this maybe before your time) I had kept actual journals. My uncle gave me my first journal for christmas when I was in 7th grade. I am now working on my 7th book. Even though I have this journal, I still keep my paper journals. My husband often asks me why, since I dont want any one to read them. I want some one to read them, some day, when I'm dead. Unfortunatly his parents felt the need to read my journal now, my paper one. I felt this was a violation of my privacy, as well as a stupid act on their part. But since then they have apologized and I have tried to move on with my life. I dont know If this is something that needs to be in my mini-bio, but for me, journaling is a very big part of my life. This is why I keep this journal.

I am happily married to a sailor and the proud mother to two rabbits, and I had my first baby on March 6th 2007. Nina Rose weighed 8 lbs 2 Oz and was 18 1/2 inches long at birth. She is a beautiful baby and I am enjoying motherhood. I graduated from York College in May 2004 with a degree in history. I am really intrested in American History, focusing on the Civil War era. I am a Civil War Reenactor with the 1st Maryland CO. H CSA. I work ar Mystic Seaport Muesam of America and the Sea. I am a Muesam teacher and spend alot of time working with kids while I am there. I am also involved in Nautical Nightmares, and Lantern Light Tours at the Seaport. I enjoy those very much because I get to dress up in historical costumes. I am very friendly and like making new friends. My journal is open to be read, although I may friends lock on occasion. Feel free to say "HI"
